Games Research Lab
The Living Avatars Research Group will benefit from the Games Research Lab, an RCIF-funded lab featuring state-of-the-art gaming technologies for games-driven research. The lab is projected to launch Spring 2023.
AI Living Lab
The Living Avatars Research Group also benefits from collaboration with the Centre for Artificial Intelligence: Social and Digital Innovations, and use of sophisticated robotics, and other technical equipment in the AI Living Lab (located in Wilfred Brown) which houses a platform for advanced social science machine learning experiments and studies social, regulatory, and ethical effects of advanced technologies in both physical and virtual environments.
In addition to that, Brunel has a significant number of laboratories and facilities in its Psychology Department that benefit our research.
