I'm very interested in taking on new doctoral students in the following areas:
- How do companies from emerging economies internationalise and sustain their development in the global market?
- How do organizations in knowledge-intensive service industry internationalise?
- Social enterprises: barriers and enablers in their growth and internationalization.
- Entrepreneurship education: can entreprenurs be taught, if so, how?
- How can new technologies, e.g. AI, affect organisations' internationalisation, growth, and sustainability?
