I currently supervise both PhD Education and EdD researchers in the Department of Education. I welcome enquiries from prospective doctoral researchers. I am particularly interested in doctoral projects that are aligned with the following broad areas:
- Racialised minority children and parents
- Reproduction of social inequalities
- Childhood and education in South Asia and its diaspora
- Ethnographic studies of childhood and education
- Gender and childhood
