Miss Isabel Holmes
PhD Student

Summary

I am a Doctoral Researcher in the Computer Science Department, with a keen interest in Computational Social Psychology and Computational Social Science.

I'm especially interested in working with text data to predict author traits and belief in conspiracy theories as well as the use of stylistic text features in classification. I take an interdisciplinary approach that emphasises explainability and the importance of feature selection, drawing on knowledge gained through my  BSc in Psychology and my MSc in Data Science.
