Summary
I am a Doctoral Researcher (Physiotherapy) with a keen interest in health behaviour change, intervention development, and the impact of health inequalities.
My current doctoral project explores the use of experience-based co-design and digital storytelling in PA intervention development among individuals with MLCT.
Previously, I worked with a Tier 2 NHS Weight Management Service facilitating co-production workshops with local community groups to guide the development of behaviour change programmes.
