Summary
Professor Arthur Ekwue has been appointed a Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor in Developing Problem-based Learning for Electrical and Power Systems at СʪÃÃÊÓƵ London. Arthur has over 30 years’ experience in Electrical Power Systems Engineering as gained from employment within internationally leading industrial, research and academic organizations. He retired recently as a Divisional Director (Power Systems) with Jacobs Engineering Inc. He has also undertaken major consultancy projects in several overseas countries as well as working for electrical power transmission and distribution network companies on high profile operational and planning projects in the UK. As a Visiting Professor within the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Arthur will contribute to the development of problem-based learning for electrical and power systems engineering degree courses. He is also a Visiting Professor of Power Systems at the Department of Electrical Engineering/ Africa Centre of Excellence on Sustainable Power and Energy Development, University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
