Join Dr Joanna Bagniewska, Senior Lecturer (Education) in Environmental Sciences, as she introduces her literary debut The Modern Bestiary.

Her first publication is a compendium of curious creatures and includes both animals that have made headlines and those you've probably never heard of, such as skin-eating caecilians, harp sponges, or zombie worms - also known as bone-eating snot flowers.

There is a chance to win a signed copy, too.
