Tell us about your educational and/or career journey since you graduated from Brunel?

I have had many jobs since leaving Brunel as an Office Administrator, Multimedia Developer, Macromedia Trainer, and IT Trainer. I’m now a Training Consultant, so I’ve mainly had a training career.

What does a typical day at work involve for you?

I work virtually mainly, using Zoom with customers. If not training, I am developing content. I do some onsite visits also, which I love.

What’s been the highlight of your career journey so far?

Adobe 2016 to 2021; working for a big enterprise was eye opening.

How would you say your Brunel experience has helped you to get where you are today?

I developed determination, work hard, compassion and empathy.

Why did you choose to study at Brunel and why would you recommend Brunel to others?

It was a natural progression from my undergraduate degree, and had a good campus, good location, and freedom.

What is your best memory of studying here?

Friends, the library, and student life.

If you could give one piece of advice to current Brunel students, what would that be?

Work hard, be compassionate, be kind, and love.

What would be your top tip or key advice for new graduates as they begin their career journey after leaving Brunel?

Try different things, you never know where you will settle, so be adventurous.
