How has Brunel helped you grow personally and/or academically?

Brunel has allowed me to grow as a person by giving me the tools and opportunities to be the best version of myself and supporting me through that process.

How does Brunel inspire you?

Brunel Inspires me to venture into the unknown, with the aim of learning new things and being the best version of myself. Just the way they started a new medical school, with a different teaching method with the hopes of creating a well-renowned medical school.

How would you describe the Brunel community?

I believe the Brunel community is a very diverse one that is open to many different cultures.

Why did you choose to study at Brunel and why would you recommend Brunel to others?

I chose Brunel mainly for its diversity and an opportunity to study medicine close to London

What's been the highlight of your Brunel journey so far?

Meeting new friends in my course

How would you say your Brunel experience helped you get where you are today?

I would say it’s encouraged me to be better at public speaking and coming out of my comfort zone

How do you feel Brunel has supported your wellbeing as a student?

I feel like they have really done their best to support my wellbeing, they’re always ready to lend a helping hand and support which is always appreciated, especially during tough times.

What are the most useful facilities at Brunel?

The Food Hub, Sports Facilities and Medical Anatomy Lab

Do you commute or live on campus, can you tell us your experience either as a commuter student or living in halls?

I commute to Brunel, I do not live too far away and my accommodation is slightly cheaper than student accommodation, due to my house being close by I have easy access to Brunel from a cheaper accommodation.

If you could give one piece of advice to current students thinking of joining Brunel, what would that be?

I would let them know that Brunel is a really supportive university, which is very important as studying for any degree for any amount of time is a difficult process.
