What made you apply to Brunel?
When I first applied to Brunel, I did it because I wanted to go to a London University. The ability to use Bloomberg and unique software like SAAS and having one of the best assessment centres in the UK on campus is a huge plus.
What would you say was the most helpful resource at Brunel?
The Professional Development Centre (PDC) has been really helpful in finding me my placement at State Street. From this summer, I will be working in asset management; it was the PDC team that made me realise what I wanted to do. The staff at Brunel are so friendly and often go above and beyond to make sure you're in the right placement. In an environment where these days experience is a must for any student looking for graduate work, the help you get at Brunel is priceless.
What is the one thing that you feel makes Brunel stand out?
Going to a univerity where I have everything on one campus is a massive advantage too! You're only ever about 10 minutes away from lectures, food or entertainment.
